Help Me Help the Animals!
I can’t adopt every animal I fall for at HRA. Sure, there’s always a favorite cat or an extra special dog who tugs at my heartstrings, but my house is full. My HRA alumni, Charlotte (adopted in 2010) and Murphy (adopted in 2016) are BIG personalities who entertain, amuse, and confound me daily.
I may not be able to adopt all of my many favorites, but I can help sponsor animals during their shelter stays. That’s why I am participating in the Spring Forward with the Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) 30-Day Fundraising Challenge from April 1-30. I am helping raise funds to sponsor the cost of care for animals during the busy spring months. On average, it costs $250 to care for one animal.
HRA is hoping to raise $250,000 by the end of April. Will you help sponsor an animal with me?
Please give if you are able. It would help, too, if you would share this Spring Forward appeal with your friends and family. Not only can we raise funds together, but maybe we can introduce our friends and families to their next shelter adoptee.
Many, many thanks for your support!
