I'm teaming up with my awesome colleagues at HRA/St. Hubert's for the Spring Forward with the Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) 30-Day Fundraising Challenge from April 1-30.  Our dedicated "work family" is helping to raise funds to support the care of the many animals who will need us this spring. 

 
Working for St. Hubert’s/Humane Rescue Alliance is so much more than a job to me—it’s my personal commitment to our mission and a lifelong  passion for helping animals who rely on our shelters for temporary care until we can place them in loving permanent homes.  Pets are truly family members and every one of them deserves a family to call its own. These  little adoptees are just a pair of the many who've been an integral part of our family over the years and our house wouldn’t be home without them.  Removed as fragile infants in need of medical care--along with almost 300 additional victims of neglect in an extreme hoarding case in NJ almost 5 years ago--they counted on St. Hubert’s to restore them to health and keep them safe until it was their turn to go off to their new lives.  After fostering them for several weeks we made the arrangement permanent!  As we approach the busiest time of year for animal shelters I hope you’ll help me to help those who will be needing us this spring to do the same for them.  My "inn" is quite full with shelter alums right now but I can still help more pets by donating.  No gift is too small (or too large!).  Please join me in keeping our safety net strong!   Every little bit will help me reach my goal--together we can be there for animals in need--dogs, cats, small and furry pets, birds and more.  On behalf of the deserving animals you'll be supporting, thank you all for your caring hearts!
