Dr. Leslie Brooks, Veterinarian and Public Health Professional, Washington, DC -- Dr. Brooks earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree and a Master of Public Health degree at the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville. Her interests include access to veterinary care, animal welfare, and impactful policy as well as being passionate about communication and education. 

Dr. Vikas Mendhiratta, HRA Staff Veterinarian,Washington, DC -- Dr. Medhiratta graduated from the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in North Grafton, Massachusettes in 2019.  He earned his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland. His interests include expanding high quality care within the community and veterinary education.
